whelp, i watched the last four episodes of alias yesterday ... plus i watched two of them twice 'cuz the last two episodes had audio commentary. haha. the commentary was pretty amusing, actually. =]

DUDE, that was such a good season. i think i might start from the beginning and watch it again while i wait for season 3 to come in the mail. =]]]] (i won it on ebay so i'll have something to do for the remainder of winter break.)

anyway, here's my breakdown of the alias characters. dude, i can't stop thinking about alias.

sydney bristow - dude, she kicks BUTT! man. jennifer garner is a really good actress. she really shines when she speaks in other languages. haha. maybe because i don't understand what she's saying ... but it seems so good ... plus all of her aliases are AMAZING. she acts very well when she's hurt and crying too. =]

michael vaughn - hrm. i didn't like his character much initially. maybe 'cuz he was sydney's love interest. =P well, he just doesn't seem to have much of a personality ... but he grows on you. his codename (mission name?) is "boyscout" ... and that's kinda what he reminds you of. kinda goody-goody. haha ... but he does seem like he would be a cia agent.

jack bristow - okay, jack REALLY has no personality. haha. but he's a very good actor, because i think his character has to be very stoic. he doesn't seem the type to be a field agent ...

irina - she's one of my FAVORITE characters on the show ... i thinks she's the best actor/actress BY FAR. wow. she's the perfect mix of mysterious, evil, and caring all at once. you never know what she's plotting and scheming. it's AMAZING. plus her slight accent is VERY COOL. i STILL don't know if she's a good guy or a bad guy. =]

marcus dixon - he just seems angry all the time. i don't like him much. haha.

francie / evil francie - they both kinda scare me. haha.

will tippin - i like his last name. 'tippin'. pretty cool. in one of the audio commentaries, the guy who plays dixon says that it was easy beating up on will because "no one is that innocent." haha. will is just so naive and so innocent, you can't help but like him. he's probably the most likeable person on the show ... he just seems so ... erm ... innocent. =P

kendall - he seems like he could be a real cia director. =]

arvin sloane - wow. this guy is crazy. haha ... i like him as the bad guy because he doesn't seem TOO evil. he actually seems kinda nice. you actually sorta sympathize with the guy, even though he's EVIL.

sark - "my allegiance is flexible." haha. i love it. so sark is a floater bad guy ... but he's my favorite bad guy. haha. (unless irina is considered a bad guy ... then she'd win. =P) but sark ... he seems like pure evil ... but he's sorta wimpy which makes him cool..

marshall - marshall is too goofy for my taste ... 'cept he does a really good job pulling off the "tech-nerd" character. =] his gadgets are WAY cool ... and he's very believable as a geek when he gets flustered while talking, going off on all these tangents ...

weiss - weiss is one of my favorite characters, but he probably gets the least facetime out of everyone. haha. he's just funny as vaughn's best friend ... poking fun at vaughn and sydney's relationship. weiss is cooool. =]

hrm ... there are probably more characters ... BLAH. i want more ALIAS. =/

mannnn ... i only have 4 more episodes of alias left to go ... part of me doesn't wanna watch it 'cuz that would mean i have no more to see ... but the other part of me is dying to just see how it all ends up. blah. i think i'll watch another episode right now. =/

yo.

so i went to visit ruth today while my sister had some friends over at our house. heh. i met ruth at ltc this past summer. =P drove to her place in san jose, went to pick up some mango milk tea and chicken from one of those tap-ex type places ... then we went to eastridge mall ... i wanted to buy some nicer looking jeans ... found some, and ruth helped me pick out a top to match. haha. woohoo. i will be stylish man from now on. =]

then we went back to her place and jammed. well, i played on her keyboard while she sang. haha. she didn't have her guitar with her and doesn't know how to play keyboard. she has a really, really cute dog ... except ruth's dog dyed her pink. haha. i call the dog "flamingo." i forget what the dog's real name is. haha. and ruth's sister kept bodyslamming the dog. haha. interesting. =P

safari keeps randomly quitting on me. o.0 uncool.

OKAY. so i really have to start getting things done this winter break. to do by this week:
-write out vision for spiritual foundations ministry next semester
-study up on the women in ministry debate
-exercise. =P

some other stuff too ... but this stuff is for this week. =]
