we have bad motors, so our robot is retarded ... which means MORE time in the lab. GREEEEEEEEAt. =[

I NEED ADVICE! what makes a good graduation gift for college seniors? i have a few friends that i wanna get stuff for ... eric, my discipler ... james, my big white aacf buddy ... =P esther, our "fifth" roommate ... yeah. any ideas what to get them? (preferably something i can order online ... haha.) I NEED HELP!

hoooooooooooray! tiff and i got our tutebot to go foward ... haha ... now we just have to figure out how to get it to go backwards. =P

i went to costco today w/ lean chex and dankuo ... heheh ... dan kuo is HILARIOUS. he takes FOREVER to shop ... he's SO CAREFUL. haha ... it's hilarious. he bought tons of stuff because he's in charge of food for his class's girls' appreciation picnic ... and he's also in charge of food for the aacf banquet ... but he's an AMAZING cook from what i hear ... he takes like eight hours just to prepare one meal 'cuz he goes ALL OUT. haha ... can't wait to try the banquet food then, i guess. =]

gonna try to get in some 7am tennis. hopefully michael will wake up ... =]

so yesterday both chi and victor independently said that i looked darker ... hmmmmmmm ... well, now that they mentioned it, my arms DO look a lil darker ... =/

update for yesterday:

aacf was coooooooooooooool. connie and i talked with dave and angel and they basically just calmed some of our apprehensions ... they also passed out stuff for LTC ... wow ... it's pretty expensive, but it's supposed to be really good ... so we'll see ... i hafta figure out which workshop series to go to ... i'll probably try to sign up for the "how to lead a Bible study one" ... or the discipleship one ... although the small group one and body life ones look good too ... =]

today:

met w/ eric ... goooooood times. talked with tina ... went back to foothill with jeff ... talked w/ him and john ... played a lil pool and a lil piano ... good stuff ... discipled boytoy ... pretty good ... yay. =]

booooo ... i posted yesterday but blogger either ate it or i forgot to post & publish. haha

anyway ...

yesterday i went with alex to the airport ('cuz he didn't wanna go by himself) ... go to pick up tim ... then i go with tim to ranch99 to pick up stuff for sushi ... helped him cook ... he makes spicy tuna rolls and california rolls topped w/ salmon ... pretty good stuff even though the spicy tuna roll was raw ... and i usually don't do raw ... but yum. good stuff. then keith led our small group. =]

so tim and i were just talking coming back from ranch99 about community ... and how sad it would be if we go through aacf hanging out all the time with our aacf bros and sisses ... but yet never get the chance to know where they are spiritually ... 'cuz isn't that the point of community? i appreciate the fact that timma is a guy that i can just talk to about whatever's going on ... and that he feels comfortable sharing about his spiritual life w/ me too. =]

john cheng is cooooooooooooooooool.

haha ... he came by the aacf table today and bought drinks and ice cream bars for the people that were there ... haha ... so i hung out w/ him today ... then we went to cs together. good stuff ... he invited me to go swimming w/ him ... i wanna ('cuz it's so hot), but i don't have goggles w/ me ... boooooooo ... stupid not being able to see w/out my contacts. haha.

connie and i led the sg leader meeting today ... all i can say is PRAISE GOD! man ... it was just an awesome time of digging into the Word in depth ... man ... it was great ... and some of the sg leaders shared how they had been blessed through sg ... justin shared how he was soooooo totally floored by seeing his sg members fall in love with God all over again ... so cool. i so wanna see that next year ... and it was awesome being able to walk with eric back from the sgl meeting ... =] he's awesome.
