so angus became a Christian this past year at aacf. today he told his parents he became a Christian. he was asking me a bunch of questions about Christian living and about Catholocism. me and my small group leader, tim's, talk about angus: ddfbjlee (6:16:32 PM): haha ... he doesn't know much about catholocism ... that's why he was asking me. =P ddfbjlee (6:16:36 PM): but yeah, it's so awesome ddfbjlee (6:16:40 PM): he's so hungry ddfbjlee (6:16:52 PM): and he has the desire to grow ... it's really encouraging ... ddfbjlee (6:17:20 PM): i was just trying to explain how doing good works fits into Christianity 'cuz he didn't understand how we could be saved by grace alone ... ddfbjlee (6:17:47 PM): and told him to think about baptism ... but yeah, praise God for how He's working in angus' life. =] ddfbjlee (6:18:10 PM): and praise God that his parents accept the fact that he became a Christian. =] iMaWhiNK21 (6:42:49 PM): hehe iMaWhiNK21 (6:42:51 PM): thats so sweet iMaWhiNK21 (6:43:02 PM): tell him to think about circumcision iMaWhiNK21 (6:43:03 PM): haha iMaWhiNK21 (6:43:04 PM): jk jk ddfbjlee (7:11:34 PM): ... ddfbjlee (7:11:40 PM): HAHAHA. =P ummm ... yeah. tim's stupid. =P haha ... alright, naw, he's cool. and i thank God for what He's doing in Angus' life. i think Angus thanks God for what He's doing in his life, too: fReMoNtPeA (10:24:24 PM): becoming a christian is the best thing that ever happened to me ddfbjlee (10:25:23 PM): =]]]]]]]]]]]] pitter-patters on the window -bj

so i stayed in berkeley to go out with my small group ... we were gonna go watch a movie and do some other stuff ... but leo's tires got popped ... =[ haha ... we don't know how that happened ... anyhoo ... stayed here ... s'all good. have time to rest and to do A LOT of work. i have TONS and TONS of work to do. blah. and it's only the 2nd week ... it'll be a long semester ... =/ and michael beat me in tennis. ='[ 6-4 just wanna chill with you -bj

so there i was, in a really crappy mood 'cuz i was taking out the trash and cleaning up the kitchen ... and it seems like i'm the only one who takes out trash and cleans up the kitchen, when i thought of Jesus washing His disciples' feet. shame on me. smells like a flower -bj

my friend, jini, and william hung =] for those of you who don't know who william hung is, see this. =] today wasn't a very good lab day. haha ... first, in our ee40 lab, tiff and i can't get our breadboard working. =P we take 2.5 hours ... hahah. but we get it now. =] haha ... then, in my cs lab, it takes me a while to figure it out ... and once i figured it out, my computer crashed and my lab assistant and gsi couldn't figure out how to fix it. =P haha ... anyhoo ... =] beautiful letdown -bj

chi, jini, and esther each took a picture with william hung, the berkeley american idol guy ... hahaha. he's hilarious. =P anyhoo, yeah. apparently william hung is part of aaa ... and chi, jini, and esther all went to the aaa meeting just to see if he'd be there. =P i'll post the pics if i ever upload them ... or if chi ever uploads them. =P oh yeah, took my aacf lil sib, pons, out to dinner today. haha ... only the second time we've gotten together ... =P heh heh ... s'alright, though. that's more than alex and tim have met w/ their lil sibs ... i think ... haha. =P yeah, took pons to barney's. good stuff. =] too many times before -bj

tim's place today. it was great. haha ... played some texas hold 'em with leo, tony, and alex ... was the first one out. =P guess i'm not a very good gambler. haha ... =] tim made us kinda like philly cheese-steak sandwiches ... well ... his cheese was moldy ... haha ... so minus the cheese. =P then we watched "my big fat obnoxious finacee" ... mildly entertaining ... so wrong, though ... tim says he's gonna make fried chicken next week ... so i'll probably help him by making some side dish. hmmm ... what should i make? =P mashed potatoes? someone wanna tell me how to make 'em? i've forgotten ... oh yeah, and i found out that dave tsai may join our small group. yay. haha ... that will be ... interesting. =P but yeah, tim's a good guy. he even dropped me off home. =P how swell. =] walking down the street -bj
i am the smoothie king. =] tennis again today. =] 6-1 7-6 (5). hooray. =] michael and i are getting better. =] we had some good rallies ... and today my backhand was ON! =] buhbuhbye. -bj

yay! aacf eecs support group. =P i should go meet w/ them tomorrow ... but i have small group. heh heh ... oh well ... it's good knowing that i have a group to go to if i need help ... too bad there aren't that many upper class eecs majors at aacf ... just a lot of freshmen and sophomores ... anyhoo ... on to cs homework. to arms! -bj
