So. This week is Berkeley Blitz week. I know I've said it before, but it's very exciting. I know some people are opposed to the whole "It is finished" campaign because it is too flashy and showy. But the thing is, it works. I know at least three people who were curious about why people were wearing "It is finished" t-shirts. They went up to the person wearing the shirt and asked them about it. This allowed that person to share the gospel. Yes, this campaign may be flashy. Yes, this campaign may be showy. But the thing is, it works. It grabs people's attention. It may be a gimmick, and a hoakey one at that, but oftentimes this is the best way of reaching an apathetic world. Please pray for the remainder of Berkeley Blitz week. I know I will. It is finished? -bj

This week is Berkeley Blitz week. I don't know much about it, but I think it's basically a week where Christians really try to make an impact on campus. Read these awesome testimonies of some Berkeley students . They'll really touch your heart. I signed up to lead a small group for either seekers or new Christians. i like my new sunday school teacher. he's cool. 72oz hunks of cow. mmmm. good stuff. he does research for uc berkeley ... and he used to do gaming for microsoft ... AWESOME! he's also an avid gamer ... oooh ... and his sunday school lessons really get me thinking ... too bad he can't pull some strings with some of my professors to get me A's ... there you see her. sittin' there across the way. -bj
